Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Policy for Cancellations and Refunds

When it's warranted, customers should expect to receive refunds. However, if a faulty or broken item was shipped to you, it would be greatly appreciated if you could let us know as soon as humanly feasible. A representative from our firm will get in touch with you and may ask you for additional information regarding the product that was delivered or any issues that may have been encountered with it. For the procedure to be completed successfully and for us to rapidly address your issue, we will need your assistance and cooperation.

Under these conditions, the corporation will only issue a refund for the portion of the purchase that was flawed (defective) or damaged. In the event that the incorrect product is delivered, the company will, at their discretion, either replace it with the proper item or issue a full refund for the amount paid for the incorrect item.

 

In the following situations, the company declines responsibility and offers no refunds:

Flowers, plants, gifts, and preserved goods are all delivered to the shipping addresses that the giver has provided in order to complete the delivery process. Deliveries that are unsuccessful are either because the recipient is not at the address specified by the sender at the time they are made, because the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, or because both of these things happen. We will agree to cancel the order and provide a full refund if the request to do so is made at least 24 hours before the date that was originally planned for delivery. If we are unable to complete your purchase in its entirety or in part, we will let you know as soon as it is practicable and refund your money for the portion of the transaction that could not be completed (the product or any substitute product to you at all). Our company will take care of the online refund once we have received confirmation from the customer or beneficiary by phone or mail. Following a period of ten to fifteen business days, the reimbursement will be completed.
